Ergo Ball XL - Hand & Wrist

Extra-large ball, great for larger hands for increased difficulty. Recommend trying to turn by both holding on the side or in forearm neutral for flexion/extension and pronation or palm down for radial/ulnar deviation.

Combine the tool with putty on a hard surface and turn, churn and twist in both directions. Go slow if using for first time. Consult your physician or therapist regarding difficulty or more specific use.
